In short: we collect only what we need to run Whapsell, provide support, improve performance, and comply with the law. We don’t sell your data.

Transactional/contract data — plan, invoices, records needed to provide our service and meet legal duties.

3) How we use your data

Provide and improve our services (support, refund handling, ROI insights).
Respond to inquiries and book calls you request.

We share data with trusted service providers (processors) only to run Whapsell. They process data under our instructions. Current key providers include:

We do not sell your personal data.

If data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and ensure providers offer adequate protection.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, if changes are significant, we’ll provide a prominent notice.
