  • No Data Monetization: We never sell, lease, trade, or expose client diagnostic or operational data under any conditions.
  • Isolated Processing Environment: Client telemetry, customer ticket logs, and financial diagnostics are processed within encrypted, closed-loop systems to guarantee maximum confidentiality.

3. Data Collection, Purpose & Legal Basis

  • Executive Contact Data: Name, email, and corporate details submitted to initiate service (Basis: Contract / Legitimate Interest).
  • Telemetry & Diagnostics: Anonymized operational data processed on our servers solely to run ROI diagnostics and audit refund metrics (Basis: Consent / Legitimate Interest).
  • Financial Records: Invoices and service agreements necessary for accounting (Basis: Legal Obligation).
